Step 1 → Profiling

Our recruitment process starts with personality profiling. We make use of the DiSC® (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance profiling) test, a well validated and reliable personal assessment tool, used to improve interpersonal relationships, work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

By interpreting the DiSC® result, we can find the ideal candidate matched to your specific job profile. Personality profiling is additionally helpful to identify training gaps and assists in the “regret” process.

Step 2 → Response Handling

We'll handle the job application documents for you.

We process each candidate's resumé (Curriculum Vitae) and handle all correspondence that might arise.

Step 3 → Interview and Assessment

We carefully and thoroughly interview each candidate and assess each person according to your organisation's specified needs.

Step 4 → Short Listing

We compile a shortlist of the best potential employees, according to your organisation's specified needs.

Step 5 → Applicant Selection

You select the most suitable candidate from the short-list.

Step 6 → Applicant Feedback

We provide feedback to all candidates who applied for the position.

We'll send an offer letter and any other related documentation to the successful candidate as well as letters of regret to those that were unsuccessful.
